Stroycontrol-KK EOOD was one of the first engineering consulting companies to be licensed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW) of the Republic of Bulgaria in 1999.
We provide engineering services in various aspects of the construction and investment process. includes projects in the fields of infrastructure, energetics, ecology, the water sector, mining, and environmental protection.
We provide services during all project execution stages in compliance with current legislation, the contractual conditions under the FIDIC requirements as well as the best engineering practices, with regard to successful completion of the projects.
We work in accordance with European Standards, and implement a certified quality management system pursuant to ISO: 9001.
Our personnel consists of highly qualified architects, engineers, lawyers, and financial experts.
We work with both official and private clients, and we offer customized solutions for planning, engineering, and construction supervision.
The company has successfully completed over 150 projects since the moment it has been established.
Our clients are companies such as ENEL, NEC, the Maritsa East 2 TPP, ConturGlobal Maritsa East 3, Brikel, Toplofikatsia Sofia, EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsia, and CEZ Bulgaria.
